Reports

Reports tab on Zobaze gives you an in-depth analysis of your business. See average sales, profits, revenue and much more in a given time period.

Here is a brief about features available :

• Low Stock Alert : If you have shortage of stock in inventory, then an Alert card will be displayed on the top of Reports page.

• Selecting date : If you want to see analytics and report of a specific time period then click on the date then input desired dates .

• Total Sales : This shows the highest revenue details of today. If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Profit : This shows the profit details of today. If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Profits(Sales - Expenses) : For accessing this, you need to enter expense and income then it will calculate total profit for you.

• Tops Stocks : It shows the stocks that are highly sold.

• Sales : This shows the Sales details of today. If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Tax : If you have tax for products that you sell, then overall tax report will display here. If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Discount : This page holds discount details. If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Average Sales Value : This page holds average sales details. If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Top Customers : This page holds customer details with most purchases.

• Payment Modes : This page holds the payment details with which mode the customers paid(ex - cash, card, credit, debit card, Googlepay etc). If you want to see from specific time period then select dates and it will show you reports hourly, weekly and monthly based .

• Sold by : It will show cashier details. If you have more than one cashier then you can see details here.
