How to add additional fees?

You can get additional fees options at the time of billing. Zobaze has presets for:

  • Delivery fee

  • Packing fee

  • Service fee

  • Other fee

To apply these fees you need to tap on ADD OTHER CHARGES at the counter.

Follow these steps that are similar for all the fees mentioned above:

  1. Open Menu on the left

  2. Tap on Business Settings

  3. Go to Packing Fee Settings

  4. Press the + ADD NEW PACKING FEE button on the bottom right corner

  5. Give a Packing Fee Name

  6. Enter the packing fee value and check Percentage if the value is percentage discount

  7. Check the Default Add to Bill if you want this tax on all receipts you generate

  8. Press ADD to save this fee
